Abuja, Nigeria - Dr. Apiribo Toinpre, Director of the Project Research and Development Centre in Abuja, has issued a call to action for the Rivers State Government to refocus its efforts on addressing the developmental needs of the state amidst ongoing political distractions. Recent events within the state have underscored the urgent need for a concerted focus on advancing critical sectors essential for economic and social growth.
Dr. Toinpre highlighted the current political turmoil in Rivers State, emphasizing the need for the government to rise above distractions and prioritize the welfare of its citizens. "The recent political upheavals in Rivers State have diverted attention from pressing developmental issues," stated Dr. Toinpre. "It is imperative that the state government refocuses its energy and resources towards initiatives that will drive progress and prosperity for all."

Agricultural Advancement: Promoting agricultural innovation and modernization to enhance productivity, create employment opportunities, and boost food security in the state.
Investment Promotion: Creating an enabling environment for both domestic and foreign investments across various sectors to stimulate economic growth, create jobs, and generate revenue for the state.
Dr. Toinpre urged the Rivers State Government to demonstrate visionary leadership by prioritizing these critical sectors and implementing strategic policies and programs to drive sustainable development and uplift the lives of its citizens.
