ARREST OF MOTORNAPPER BY Malaybalay City Police Station

On September 6, 2022 at around 8:55 in the evening the duty guard called Malaybalay CPS regarding the Carnapping of motorcycle incident. After receipt of the report, MCPS personnel immediately responded to the area. Upon arrival thereat, the suspect, one male, 22 years old, single, a resident of Barangay 7, Malaybalay City was arrested caught in the very act of stealing the motorcycle which was placed at the back of Hall of Justice. Elements of Malaybalay City Police Station under the direct supervision of PLTCOL RITCHIE ANOY SALVA, COP, proceeded to the place of incident and brought the suspect who was apprehended by the Duty Guard of Hall of Justice. Confiscated from his possession are assorted tools used for the commission of the crime. Criminal case is now being prepared against the suspect.

Magandang araw! Ang Educational Assistance, na nasa ilalim ng programang Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation o AICS, ay para sa mga STUDENT-IN-CRISIS na maaari nilang magamit sa kanilang mga pangangailangan sa pag-aaral tulad ng mga school fees, school supplies, projects, allowance, at iba pang mga bayarin.
Para sa requirements ng paghingi ng Educational Assistance, ang benepisyaryo o ang authorized representative ng benepisyaryo na maglalakad ng assistance ay kailangang magsumite ng kopya ng valid ID. Kailangan din magpresenta ng authorization letter kung ang maglalakad ng papel ay representante ng kliyente. Maaring buksan ang link na sumusunod upang malaman ang requirements sa nasabing Cash Assistance:

Mga paalala:
- Prayoridad sa gagawing payout ang mga nauna nang humiling ng educational assistance sa pamamagitan ng email.
- Para hindi mauwi sa siksikan at pagdagsa ng mga taong nais makakuha ng benepisyo sa programa, hintayin lang ang text confirmation mula sa DSWD kung kailan, saan, at anu-ano ang maaaring dalhin na mga requirements o dokumento sa araw ng pagtanggap ng assistance.
- Mag email sa: [email protected] upang makakuha ng schedule
- Sa mga hindi naman nakapag-email, maaari namang mag-walk in sa alinmang tanggapan ng DSWD.
- Ang programang ito ay limitado lamang hanggang tatlong (3) anak ng mga benepisyaryong pamilya na nag-aaral mula elementarya hanggang vocational o kolehiyo.
- Maaaring kunin ng guardian ang cash assistance ng mga menor de edad na mga kwalipikadong estudyante sa programa, habang ang mga nasa vocational o kolehiyo, maaari nang direktang makipag-ugnayan sa alinmang tanggapan ng DSWD para sa pagkuha ng educational assistance.
- Once every school year ang pagbibigay ng educational assistance. Ito po ay tulong ng DSWD sa mga student-in-crisis para maipagpatuloy ang kanilang pag-aaral sa panahon ng krisis o emergency situation.
- Samantala, isinasagawa naman sa mga Field Offices ng Kagawaran ang distribusyon para sa mga nasa probinsya kasabay ang iba pang tulong sa ilalim ng programang AICS.

RTMI issues apology to its passengers
The management of Rural Transit (Mindanao), Inc., Yacapin Branch, would like to extend our sincerest apologies to the families of the passengers and those who were injured in the incident involving our bus with the body number 2821 that took place this August 13, 2022 at around 6:40 in the evening at Mangima, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The bus was on its way to Davao City when the heavy rains and blind curve caused it to fall down the ravine.
All the passengers, which includes the driver and conductor, are being taken care of. Ten of the passengers who sustained minor injuries were immediately brought to Manolo Fortich Provincial Hospital, Malaybalay Polymedic Hospital, and Pahilan Doctor’s Hospital for further treatment. The other passengers had undergone X-Ray and were subsequently sent home by the physicians.
RTMI is conducting its own investigation regarding this incident so that we can make sure that no other incidents similar to this can happen in the future.
We assure our beloved riding public that we are doing our utmost best in making sure that our buses are road worthy. Rest assured that the safety and comfort of our passengers is our topmost priority.
