I’m pretty sure I can say this: most of my clients join coaching excited about the big transformation… and what they end up valuing just as much is the everyday support.

The “sorry, this might be a stupid question” messages. The check-ins.
The reminders they’re not doing this alone.

Because solopreneurship can get lonely. And the amount of courage it takes for a woman to believe in herself, invest in her work, and stretch outside her comfort zone is already huge. Add the mental load on top… it’s a lot. And I don’t think we’re meant to carry all of it alone.

So don’t hold back, ask the questions, take the help, whether it’s big or tiny. It counts.
