𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦! A Modern Path of Ritual and Ceremony is a book that grew out of a 13-month, lunar-based course designed to be lived over time.

Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level advice, Thrive! is rich with exercises, reflections, and ceremonies that invite readers into direct experience. It explores what it means to be human in relationship with body, Spirit, community, and the natural world. Each section reflects a season of life and is meant to be engaged with, not rushed through.

This book speaks to those who sense there is more to life than survival and success as they’ve been defined for us. It challenges the stories that keep us fragmented and depleted, and points toward a way of living rooted in belonging, meaning, and alignment with Life itself.

𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦! is not about rushing forward.
It is about slowing down.
Listening more deeply.
And remembering what it means to be fully alive.

𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦! A Modern Path of Ritual and Ceremony by Mark Tollefson & Meghan Maiya is now available for pre-order through Inner Peace Press:⁣

Pick a card for yourself.⁣
Or pick one to share with someone else.⁣

Look at the art.⁣
Flip it over.⁣
Read the affirmation.⁣

Read it once.⁣
Then read it again, out loud.⁣

Notice what it brings up.⁣
A smile.⁣
A laugh.⁣
A small moment of encouragement.⁣

That moment matters.⁣

Today’s a Great Day! 2 too (also) by Larry Vazeos, offers a simple, playful way to share supportive affirmations through creative drawings. Sometimes it’s about giving yourself a boost. Sometimes it’s about passing one along.

Because encouragement is better when it’s shared.
And kindness counts, whether it’s for you or someone else.

Some days need encouragement.
Not advice.
Not fixing.
Not being told to stay positive.

Just a reminder.
A gentle one.
At the right moment.

And sometimes… a playful one too.

Today’s a Great Day! 2 too (also) by Larry Vazeos, offers one supportive affirmation at a time, paired with creative, quirky drawings and affirmations that don’t take themselves too seriously. Some are heartfelt. Some are unexpected. Some might make you smile, like “I am always on time.”

Simple words.
A little humor.
A little encouragement.
Meant to be returned to, day after day.

It’s not about changing everything.
It’s about softening the moment you’re in and having a bit of fun along the way.

Small words.
Shared daily.
Real impact.

Not all work is visible, but all of it matters.⁣

Behind every story shared through Inner Peace Press is a team holding the process with care.⁣
The details.⁣
The coordination.⁣
The conversations that happen before a book ever reaches a reader.⁣

This week of gratitude includes the people who support the work quietly and consistently, making space for stories to be shaped, guided, and brought into the world.⁣

We’re grateful for the team behind it all.⁣

So many stories.⁣
So many voices.⁣
So much trust.⁣

Every book here represents an author who chose to speak honestly, and a story that deserved to be held with care.⁣

This week isn’t about celebrating a number.⁣
It’s about honoring the collective work that now exists because people were willing to share their truth.⁣

We’re grateful for every author, every story, and everything that’s been created together.⁣

Writing a story takes courage. Reading one with intention does too.⁣

To the authors who choose to share their stories, ⁣
knowing vulnerability is part of the process, thank you.⁣

And to the readers who open a book not just to pass the time, ⁣
but to reflect, grow, and understand themselves more deeply, thank you too.⁣

At Inner Peace Press, stories exist because someone was brave enough to tell the truth, and someone else was willing to receive it.⁣

That shared courage is what gives stories meaning.⁣

If you’re looking for stories that honor both the teller and the reader, you’ll find them at www.InnerPeacePress.com

Love doesn’t end with loss.⁣
Sometimes, it becomes a mission.⁣

Giving Light to Darkness was written by Laura Kimbro, a mother who lost her son, Seth, months after he sustained a concussion.⁣

Through this book, Laura shares her son’s story to raise awareness of post-concussion syndrome depression, a condition that is still not widely known or discussed. Her advocacy lives through education, truth, and the courage to speak about what many never see.⁣

By bringing this story into the light, Laura helps others recognize PCS depression and understand that its effects can appear long after the initial injury. Her work is rooted in love, loss, and the hope that increased awareness can help save lives.⁣

This book stands as both a tribute to Seth and a call to pay attention, listen closely, and support those who may be struggling quietly.⁣

Post-concussion syndrome (PCS) depression is real.⁣
It can appear months, even years, after a concussion, leaving someone feeling unlike themselves. Off. Disconnected.⁣

"Giving Light to Darkness" tells the true story behind this often-unseen struggle.⁣

Written as the plea of a mother who lost her son to su***de months after he sustained a concussion, the book sheds light on PCS depression, often referred to as a silent killer. It exists to raise awareness of a condition we don’t talk about enough, with the hope that it helps save lives.⁣

By sharing the story of a young man navigating life after a tragic yet survivable accident, this book helps readers recognize what might otherwise go unnoticed.⁣

With increased knowledge, we are better equipped to support those who may be suffering quietly.⁣

Sometimes, understanding begins with a question we didn’t know to ask.⁣

This holiday season, being present with loved ones can mean more than celebrating. It can mean noticing what others may be silently carrying.⁣

Post-concussion syndrome depression can appear months, even years, after a concussion.⁣

Someone may feel unlike themselves, off, or deeply disconnected, without understanding why.⁣

This condition is often overlooked and misunderstood.⁣
Because it is rarely discussed, many people struggle in silence.⁣

"Giving Light to Darkness" by Laura Kimbro sheds light on this reality.⁣
The book exists to raise awareness of PCS depression, often referred to as a silent killer, and to help others recognize what may otherwise go unnoticed.⁣

During the holidays, conversations naturally slow down.⁣
We check in. We listen. We sit with people we care about.⁣

These moments can also be opportunities to gently bring awareness into the room.⁣
To name that concussions can have long-term emotional effects.⁣
To remind loved ones that changes in mood, behavior, or identity after a concussion deserve attention and care.⁣

With increased knowledge, we are better equipped to support those who may be suffering quietly.⁣

Catherine Felts is the author of Jude’s Best Worst Day Ever, Tina and the Mysterious Case of Dance-Itis, and K.D.’s Journey - children’s books that gently explore emotions many kids feel deeply but don’t always know how to express.⁣

Living in Virginia with her husband, two daughters, and three mischievous cats, Catherine balances family life with creativity and reflection. She’s an avid runner, and some of her book ideas begin during early morning jogs, when she has space to think and imagine.⁣

Before becoming an author, Catherine worked as a technical support team director and is a degreed bioprocess engineer. Writing became a way to answer a calling and to continue a family legacy passed down through generations. Through her stories, she hopes to make a positive impact on children and families as they read, reflect, and connect.⁣

Follow along as we continue featuring Catherine Felts and the stories she’s shared this week. Explore her books here: www.InnerPeacePress.com

Children experience joy, fear, sadness, courage, confusion, and love with an intensity that adults sometimes forget. Their faces show the feelings they can’t always express, and their hearts respond to the world long before language catches up.⁣

That is why stories matter so much.⁣
They give shape to what feels overwhelming.⁣
They offer comfort when a child doesn’t know what to ask for.⁣
They open gentle pathways to understanding emotions that feel too big to hold alone.⁣

Catherine Clark Felts’ books reflect this truth beautifully; each one meets children right where their feelings live and helps them move through what they’re experiencing with tenderness and imagination.⁣

Because every emotion a child feels deserves space, support, and a story that reminds them they’re not alone.⁣

Explore Catherine’s books and see which emotional journey your child might connect with most.⁣
