The northern light season is pretty long, starting around middle of August and lasting until middle of April.
The first aurora doesn’t happen the same exact day every year, but from the 20th of August, the night starts to be dark enough and aurora are more frequent and possible to see :)
Each month of the season offer aurora. Each night can be very different, showing small aurora, or big aurora, and it’s different every year, so we can’t predict any best date.
If you want to give a try, feel free to contact me for more details. We can catch aurora about 20-25times per month (average).
