That's why we MUST foster an environment of open communication, even about the things that make us uncomfortable. Thank you for teaching us how.

New episode alert! Are you waiting to have the hard conversations with your kids when they get a little older? If so, you may want to check out my conversation with Dana Kaplan . Dana explains why it's imperative for you to have uncomfortable conversations with your kids from an early age, so that they are ready to talk to you about the hard stuff when it arises in their own lives. Listen to episode 48 on the Raising Middle School Girls podcast to learn how!
