Trying to be about this opportunity for those that missed the GameStop gain, here’s a quick update:

OPEN stock (Opendoor Technologies) is said to be the next GameStop stock powered by the people. People have made over $300k in the last few days. What is it? Opendoor is the only online housing market left that allows online buying. Why is it doing so good? Theres a generational gap in the modern housing market of having to put your deposit down for a house before seeing it, to not be on a 10 person waiting list, especially when the new generation prefers negotiations online rather than face to face. Opendoor technologies is having a potential long term growth aside from its current fast profit turn. Big market advisors are backing it up as well as the infamous Reddit wallstreetbets.
It is Up 200% in the last week and up 70% today since the market opened, correction since I typed this paragraph 90% rising to $4 per share. It OPENed at $2.70 just 2 hours ago. Need I say more?
It’s said to optimistically hit $82.

A Glimpse into the love we shared on Valentine’s Day. Always feeling blessed to be able to be filled with this much love and to have a home that feels like everyday is Valentine’s Day. Having a fiancé who goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I know he is our forever Valentine that will always show us what it truly means to be loved in a chivalrous manner. To my kids picking flowers everyday from our yard to run up to me and shower me with love with them. A slice of heaven on earth that I’m forever grateful for. I love you for always and forever

About last night at SUR!
It was a great way of kicking off our version of the reality show Super Bowl Vanderpump Rules season 11 premiere with the number 1 guy in the group James Kennedy, My number 1 guy, the funniest gal Alexia from PumpRules, the very humble Guillermo, the sweetest Nathalie, and meeting other fans of the show. The last picture you can tell how happy everyone was to have James back at SUR for See You Next Tuesday! We right in front of James that I was able to talk to him while he was setting up a little and I even lost my voice. Then my fiancé and I walked around and just enjoyed the atmosphere as mom and dad’s night out.
