This is heartbreaking. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has confirmed that a state representative and her husband were shot and killed, and a state senator and his wife were shot and wounded in what he’s calling an “act of targeted political violence.”

We are watching democracy come under fire — literally.
No matter your political stance, this is unacceptable.
Let’s mourn. Let’s stay alert. Let’s demand protection for those who serve.
