If your content is mediocre, posting 7x a week just means you're annoying people 7x a week.

✓ ​The 80/20 Quality Rule: Spend 80% of your time on 1 "Hero" post that solves a massive problem for your audience.

✓ ​Community Blueprinting: Instead of just "posting," spend 30 minutes daily replying to big creators in your niche with valuable insights.

✓ ​Analyze the "Why": If a post flops, don't delete it. Look at the watch time. Did you lose them at the hook or the transition?
