Just saw this on the Gower Support group and I’m sure the same applies locally.

I’m without power but have a gas hob so if anyone is without power and needs hot water or a hot drink please do get in touch. Old Colliery Road, Penclawdd

There’s a number of older local people who may have been without power and heat overnight. Please check in on neighbours ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to Joe, Ramy, and the entire team at for the beautiful gift that celebrates five years of our amazing partnership

The Zaytoun olive tree, native to Palestine, symbolizes resilience and is believed to bring good fortune.

Yalla embodies the spirit of community, dedicated to creating equitable opportunities for all, transcending borders and locations. Their mission is to foster a fairer world for everyone.

The origins of Yalla stem from a collaboration between founders, Joe Friel and Simon Dupree in the UK, and Ramy Al Shurafa in Gaza, Palestine. We deeply value our partnership with Yalla and appreciate the skills and expertise they contribute.

Much like the Zaytoun olive tree, known for its strength and endurance, we have witnessed this resilience in our colleagues in Gaza. We remain hopeful for a future filled with peace.

Great to be at Pro Bono Economics A Civil Alliance at Westminster Chapel today. Listening to so many incredible and inspiring speakers today from the Civil Service and Civil Society.

We heard from Minister Peacock this morning who said “Government is at its best when working in partnership with civil society.”

So reflecting on what that means to me, Tempo Time Credits and the communities and charities we serve in England and Wales.

We are so fortunate in Wales to hold these relationships with Government and especially with the Third Sector Unit and what feels like a partnership that’s build on trust, respect and a relationship.

I am interested to see how the Civil Society Covenant will help to open the doors between Civil Society and Civil Service to share learning, opportunities to collaborate, volunteer and deliver impact. We are ready and willing to work with you and alongside you.

So excited!

Thanks so much for liking my page.... Some of you that know me will know that I love cooking especially for others!

During Lockdown I’ve been missing cooking for friends so I've been thinking about sharing my love of food with others via a healthy home cooked local delivery service on a Friday and Saturday as I also work full time.

All food will be cooked using the freshest of ingredients and locally sources where possible. I'm also keen to ensure that all meals are healthy so can chat to me about my dishes fit in with your eating plan. Menus will come out weekly, including veggie options but pop any ideas you have in the chat below. 🍴🥙🥘🍜
