"Thailand's betrayal under the guise of peace-arresting 20 Cambodian soldiers and shooting two others during a supposed handshake and photo opportunity-not only violates the Kuala Lumpur ceasefire agreement but also breaches international law, including the 1949 Geneva Conventions. Cambodia must document these war crimes and hold Thailand accountable before the world."
