NewsRadio 1360 KKTX News Radio 1360 KKTX is 1360 AM. 1360 was the first radio station in Corpus Christi, signing on April 26, 1929. KGFI became KRYS in 1956.

Corpus Christi's home for *Glenn Beck * Sean Hannity * Clay Travis & Buck Sexton * Walton & Johnson * Jesse Kelly * Michael Berry * Fox News * Corpus Christi Hooks * Texas A&M Aggies The original call letters were KGFI, which some say stood for "Kome Get Fish Immediately." (KRYS call letters now K-99 99.1 FM). KKTX signed on in 2002 as a news talk sports station.
