F.L.F.C. Ministries was formed in the State of Virginia as a non-profit corporation on November 2008. For years we’ve partnered with surrounding ministries to bring musical events to our community, opening our doors to local and independent gospel artists. ion permit from the Federal Communications Commission and now The Choice Network WQCN 105.3FM (LPFM) located in Richmond, VA is finally here. There seems to be a resistance by main stream radio to support or promote smaller ministries or inspirational artists. We believe this is where our radio station will find a niche market to promote those looking for exposure, while offering encouragement to the Richmond community. Being a non-profit, we can offer a crystal clear radio venue purely for the cost to operate it. We will help young students interested in the field of media with a chance to get behind the scenes and obtain the experience that can open their minds to new opportunities. Our experience in media includes operating a full service audio recording studio for 20 years, producing local gospel video shows for several years, recording an untold amounts of songs and albums, while operating a gospel retail music store called FooteSteps for 10 years. Providing the vision for the station is Minister Tiger Foote, a graduate of Virginia State University, holding a BA in Mass Communication. Also his business partner and father, Pastor Altony Foote, Sr. a graduate of Bryant and Stratton University and the founder of Faith and Love Fellowship Church, Richmond, VA.
