A year in review?
Just before 2026 begins, I wanted to jump on the band wagon and take a look back at the highlights from 2025.
A lot has happened. A lot more than I remembered! So here's a summary with visual references:
1. After the Fall was Rebirthed with 2 full Chapters being published online, and a third currently being released.
2. I started doing weekly posts to promote After the Fall, every single one of which has been absolutely hilarious.
3. Between everything else I manage to stick in a few commissions - including creating a short transformers inspired 'Sh*tbot Comic to accompany a 3D Printed figure.
4. I drew over 120 daily drawings from July to October and made videos about most of these. My favourite month being Fantasy August, which allowed me to try out some character concepts.
5. I quickly drew monsters in September and Orcs in October, my favourite of which was this Black Orc.
6. I attended my first comic festival as an Exhibitor in October - Inkblot in Manchester, and met lots of other like minded illustrators and comic creators here.
7. I finally started my second comic - Goblets & Goblins in November - to a rave review or two.
8. I started work on getting After the Fall ready to print... hopefully in the first few months of 2026.
So, I feel like it's been a productive year, and hopefully 2026 will be more of the same. Thanks for the likes and comments! Please keep them coming as it helps keep the dream alive.
