New Event - Self Intimacy
In the everyday motions and unplanned hurdles we experienced in life, we often forget the most important relationship we’ll ever have - the one with ourselves. Just as we look to others for connection and intimacy, it's equally important to build a deeper relationship and connection with the person you see daily in the mirror - you.
Self- Intimacy Matters!!
We’ve been made to believe that being for self is selfish but it is becoming SelfFull. It's the act of self preservation and self-love, it's the foundation in which all other relationships are built. When you are secure in self and fully connected with the person in the mirror you're able to navigate through life with more confidence, resilience, and purpose.

4-Week Group Coaching
Week 1: Emotional Vulnerability
The journey begins with being able to acknowledge your feelings without judgement. It's okay to feel all your emotions, both the highs and lows.
Week 2: Active Self-Compassion
Speak to yourself as you would dearest friend or spouse, learning to speak to self with love. Showing yourself the same love and patience, and understanding you offer to someone you deeply care about.
Week 3: Setting Boundaries
Healthy self-intimacy includes knowing your limits and respecting them. Its saying "yes" when it feels right and "no" when it's necessary.
Week 4: Mindful Self-Discovery
Spend time alone, without distractions, and explore your inner world. Reflect on your desires, fears, dreams, and values. Finding your solitude and get to know yourself deeply.
