💊According to World Health Organization (WHO) , worldwide, cervical cancer is the fourth most frequent cancer in women with an estimated 604 000 new cases in 2020.

💊There were 342 000 estimated deaths from cervical cancer in 2020. That is an average of 934 cervical cancer deaths daily

💊Women living with HIV are 6 times more likely to develop cervical cancer compared to women without HIV, and an estimated 5% of all cervical cancer cases are attributable to HIV.

💊Moreover, in all world regions the contribution of HIV to cervical cancer falls disproportionately on younger women.

💊The high mortality rate from cervical cancer globally (age standardized rate among women: 13.3/100 000 in 2020) could be reduced by effective interventions at different stages of life.

💊A large majority of cervical cancer (more than 95%) is due to the human papillomavirus (HPV).

💊Seek prevention and early treatment measures.

Eliminating body odor:

1. Be sure to shower or bathe daily.
2. Don't use antiperspirant/deodorant (except in cases of excessive sweating).
3. Change your clothes, including undergarments and socks, daily.
4. Store your clothes in places where air can get to them and that smell nice.
5. Wash your hands frequently, at least three or four times per day.
6. Adjust your diet/lifestyle.
7. If you smoke, stop smoking.
8. If the body odor doesn't seem to go away, no matter how much you wash, consider probiotics or changing your diet.
9. Floss daily, preferably twice a day, and brush your teeth at least two times a day.
10. Consult your doctor if body odor is a permanent problem.
11. Always carry a bandana - it is a useful item to carry when outdoors.

How to Get Relaxed Before Bed

1. Take a warm shower or bubble bath.
2. Read a good book that you enjoy.
3. Try a warm beverage.
4. Skip caffeinated drinks.
5. Take a few minutes to gently stretch your body - as if you were getting ready to exercise, but in a more leisurely way.
6. Meditate. Sit or lie quietly and imagine that each breath is carrying the stress and tension out of your body.
7. Read a good,but dull book. This will surely make your eyelids drop
8. Get rid of noise- if you hear outside noise, block it with either a white noise generator, or maybe nature sounds on an ipod( if listening to ipod make the screen dark to keep you relaxed)
