Yesterday was a pretty fun day. We took a from Paddington all the way to Camden and back. The self drive boats are super easy to use and even better they are set up to have your own picnic on them too so when the sun is out you can cruise the waves and take it all in. There’s enough room to fit 8 people on one boat. Definitely very fun. Thanks to the co captains & 🚤 🚤 🚤

I am loving working out from home. It’s been such a good thing to make part of my day and week. I actually look forward to waking up and getting into it, blast the music (sorry neighbours) and get a sweat on. Here’s a full body workout challenge that I loved and hated. It’s difficult. You’ll need dumbbells.

D.bell squats pulse three times x 10
D.bed deadlift, curl press x 10
Lateral jump to half burpee x 10
COMPLETE THREE ROUNDS

Row to frog leap x 10
Step back lunge to triceps kickback x 10
Lateral jump to half burpee x 8
COMPLETE THREE ROUNDS

Push up to d.bell pull through x 10
Low squat step to d.bell push out x 10
Lateral jump to half burpee x 5

Then cry for a bit. Strength focused exercises to cover all muscle groups with a cardio blast at the end of each set. Put in the rounds for maximum work and boom you’ll be shacking as you walk to the shower. Warm up, cool down and refuel. Stay home. Stay safe 👊🤪🥳

Here we go. Take a look at how the Frying Pan Pizza kits work so you can make one of their epic creations at home. Yes I know I absolutely smashed it out the park. But that’s the beauty of this, Pizza Pilgrims have made it that easy, even a northern monkey can recreate something they’d serve up in one of their restaurants. It takes about 5 mins to actual do it, it’s so easy and really fun. Now you have to get one of these kits, cost £15 and makes two pizzas. That’s your Friday & Saturday fun sorted then. Boom 🤯 if you like it, give me a 🍕
