We learned so much about the man we'd complain to about traffic violations, James Deakin — not just the work that he does, but who he is and the journey that brought him to where he is today. Hearing about the sacrifices, grit, and perseverance it took to reach his success reminded us why conversations like this are so important.

That’s what we love about speaking with people who have more experience than us — there’s always so much wisdom to absorb and apply to our own lives. At the end of the day, we’re all just trying to do our best and find happiness along the way.
