Sunny but chilly / cold day for our Sunday. The clouds will begin to fill in and our temperatures overnight will bottom out in the mid 20s, some low 20s will be out there, too.

Monday’s high will not get out of the low 30s and be mostly cloudy to overcast all day. The wind will not be a factor.

Monday night the snow is expected to come through from the NW after nighttime falls (after 8pm) and clip our area to give us a quick burst of about 1/2 - 1” of snow. It will be below freezing for everyone, so no rain with this clipper.

We should get another quick 1/4” just before dawn Tuesday, for an event total of a 1/2” to 1 1/2” for most of us.

Watch my latest published video for more about the rest of the week and what I see coming for the end of the week/ next weekend.

Have a great rest of your Sunday and I’ll be back with updates!

It has been cold the past few days and that is going to continue over the next few days with a clipper system coming through Monday night into Tuesday mornin...

Your weather forecast is hot off the presses!

We have rain on our doorstep for our Sunday - I show the current radar and it ending sometimes in the early morning hours. We will have a break in the rain during the day tomorrow, then it returns tomorrow late afternoon/ early evening where it will be light overnight into Tuesday and then we will be rain-free until Friday. Yay!

Temps this week will be colder than we’ve had with highs in the low 50s for Monday and 40s the rest of the week. Lows around freezing or below all week outside of Monday and Friday night.

I will be back with daily updates, but go check out the video where I talk about why we’ve had a warmer than average November and when that is looking like it will come to an end - bring us some snow in time for Thanksgiving?! Go watch!

Have a fantastic rest of your Sunday / into the upcoming week and I’ll be back!

We saw approximately .10” around the area from this last system that moved through, but the rain has stopped and we should have a rain-free Saturday, albeit overcast with MAYBE a break in the clouds this afternoon. It was “warm” overnight with lows in the mid-upper 40s. Our Saturday high should reach the mid 50s again with light winds less than 5mph. Saturday low in the low to mid 40s.

Sunday we can expect a few sun peaks, especially in the morning and before our next rain maker moves through Sunday afternoon. Our high on Sunday should reach the low to mid 50s again with light winds. Low Sunday night in the low to mid 40s.

Rain will move into the area mid-afternoon and be with us through Monday afternoon. Total rainfall for that period around .25-.30”.

As I mentioned before, I will be putting out a weather video over the weekend, probably Sunday, about the long range, the weather we’ve experienced, why we’ve had a warmer than average November and when that is expected to change. I’ll also talk about the upcoming week’s weather.

Hot off the presses!
This again will be an off and on wet week, but not as wet as last week and slightly cooler. Watch my video for all the details. I also take a look at what is (perhaps) coming about about 10 days from now. Still a ways out, BUT things are starting to get clear as mud. No, clearer but you know I don’t like to talk about what’s coming more than a week out, so this is a forewarning!

I will, again, be putting out daily forecasts for rain chances and such.

Have a great rest of your Sunday - it will be chilly overnight before the clouds move in and raise our temps just a bit!

The rain is over! We made it! For the week, my house saw .68” of rain and I am happy to say goodbye to it, even if for now!!👋

Outside of some fog this morning, we will be rain-free today and all weekend, with mostly sunny skies for our Friday. Our high today will be in the upper upper 40s to low 50s for most.
There may be a slight breeze out there, as well.

The low tonight, with clearing skies will be in the upper 20s to 30° for most of us.

The weekend is going to be rain-free, as well!

Saturday we can expect highs in the low 50s with mostly to partly sunny skies and a slight breeze. The low Saturday night will be at freezing or below for most.

Sunday we will see partly to mostly cloudy skies and highs in the upper 40s to low 50s, with light winds. The low Sunday looks to be in the low to mid 30s.

The long term rain forecast doesn’t bring rain into the area again until late next week, so take advantage of the dry days!

I will be putting out a video forecast over the weekend, so be sure to watch it when it comes out!

Have a wonderful Friday and weekend, all!

Thursday, Nov 6, 2025:

I don’t know if it just appeared close to the water, or if it was everywhere, but the fog came in fast and furious after the rain ended, and didn’t give any great opportunities to see the super moon.

If you’re out and about already and see fog around the area, drop that info here! Thanks!

Our low stayed in the 40s overnight due to all the moisture around. We will see a high in the low to mid 50s today, and a rain free day until after sunset tonight (the sun sets at 4:26pm and getting earlier every day until the Winter Solstice).

Depending on the fog, we could eke out a few hours of sun/clouds today, too, until the next system arrives with the clouds and then rain.

Today’s system will also bump up the winds to 5-10mph and then 10-15mph over night and into Friday. The rain will be with us overnight until Friday morning to give us a total of .25” to .35” in total for this event.

The good news is our Friday will bring us much more sunshine and a bit more wind, which will help keep the fog away! Also, the weekend is shaping up to be partly cloudy and rain free!

Have a great Thursday, everyone!

Wednesday, Nov 5, 2025:

We will be dry early today, with maybe a sneak of sun before the light rain returns later this morning. I am expecting between .10 - .20” before tapering off around sunset - a second wave may sweep through this evening.

Our high will reach the upper 40s to low 50s before the rain sets in, with a low in the low to mid 40s.

Looking ahead, our daytime looks dry for Thursday.

Have a happy hump day!
