Craig Buckley, the Longmont, CO homeowner who was violently assaulted, called a, "scumbag biker", told he was, "low as any Ni**er" while being falsely arrested by the Colorado State Patrol, was told, according to the original police report, he was, "too polite".

Buckley threatened a Federal Court lawsuit, and 237 days after the issuance of the original police report, a NEW police report was fabricated, stating that he was combative, and used vulgar language.

Buckley was acquitted on all charges, sued, and won. THAT, my friends, is how you become an enemy of the State of Colorado.

Colorado authorities would spend the next DECADE harassing and retaliating against Buckley, because they were humiliated and enraged.

Longmont, CO homeowner Craig Buckley strikes, "fear" into the heart of Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann with terrifying, "letter". An evidence pack, obtained from former Colorado Division of Labor Director Ellen Golombek proving Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant was sent to James Hartmann in his personal capacity. The evidence pack proved Buckley's former employers had sworn simultaneously before BOTH the Weld County District Court, AND the Colorado Division of Labor, that NEITHER had jurisdiction over Buckley's claim for accrued wages, because the matter was before the OTHER.
Attached to the evidentiary documents was a 3 inch Post-It Note, and in a tone no more "threatening" than one would use with an uncooperative Comcast representative, Buckley demanded action.
What did so-called "Judge" James Hartmann do? He destroyed the evidence, took the "threatening" Post-It Note, filed it with the Court as a "true, complete, and accurate" document that Buckley had sent him, THEN feigned fear two years later in sworn testimony before the Boulder County District Court! It would seem that Colorado Attorney General (AG) Phil Weiser is no less corrupt than predecessors Coffman or Suthers. he's concealed this crime, in violation of 14th Amendment equal protection rights, since 2018.
