Omg!!! The end!!!! 😂😂😂

Episode 3 😳 omg! We had no idea why has been so paralyzed lately… literally unable to function. Come to find out. She is hypoglycemic! Meaning her blood sugar is too low. High stress days and not eating enough sends her blood sugar into a rollercoaster, and that makes her crave sweets. And that makes her blood sugar even worse! We have had our blood glucose monitors in now for a week and we have learned so much. We see what food, stress, and exercise does to our glucose. And we are now able to see the correlation on how these things makes us feel. I’m literally watching my charts every 10 minutes. This is going to be big for my health journey! So far this week I’ve noticed how exercising can make me get very low in blood sugar so I’m seeing more insights in when I need to eat. But the shocker was finding out how out of balance has been. We’ve changed her food over this week and we’ve seen a drastic change in her numbers. On high stress days we have to give her more savory high protein meals to stabilize her. It’s all very interesting! Stay tuned and follow for episode 4

My first group Travis Porter: we released 62 songs and got our first top 20 song in the country. Go shorty go. It took 10 months. Then my business partners and I (street execs, Tek and Al) we signed 2 chainz: we released 62 songs and features! Then our first hit. Called "spend it!" At the 62nd song we had momentum! Then when I was training for an Ironman (112 mile bike ride, 2.4 mile swim, and a 26.2 mile run) I trained for 10 months. I counted on my Strava how many training sessions I did for each sport!!! 62 sessions. It takes a rocket 62 miles to get to outer space. That's where there is no more gravity!! Outer space may seem far but it's only 62 miles!!! Our dreams may seem far. But what if we are 62 songs away, 62 videos away, 62 weeks away. This is a pattern I've found in my career and in others. Hope this gives you hope that your dreams aren't that far
