Hi friends! We are fast approaching March… Can you believe that?! I am so ready for summer, you have NO idea! Our last summer in Alaska was pretty much non existent (rain rain rain)— it was weird.

But in any case, I wanted to say THANK YOU and welcome to the new friends that have joined this page.

It has been a slow roll lately but it is definitely in progress 💪. Very happy to have you.

I have to say that January was a whirlwind! So much happened— life changing, exciting, challenging, exhausting, and a month full of laughter.

I feel incredibly blessed, and so (SO) tired all at the same time.

But these days, when am I not tired…

Better sleep is in tall order! But who sleeps when they have a kid(s)?

Needless to say, GOALS were not a priority.

However, as we flow into February, there is a lot that I need to get done, which will require me to tighten up on my organization and focus.

Good, and consistent sleep (rest) is one of the most vital components of self care, and productivity.

Truth is, my sleep can usually use some help. And all the points made in this video are truly helpful.

And these days, I don’t usually sleep with my phone in my room.

I whole heartedly believe in New Year's Resolutions because they are a perfect opportunity to create new goals and **Start Over! Some may ask how you get m o t i v a t e d to create personal change, and I believe that is the easy part. 🧠This is where I am at!

I don’t think we humans are meant to juggle as much stuff as we do. Multi-tasking is a hoax! It probaly made more sense in my 20s because I had no idea what sustainable health looked like.

SO now, how do I figure out a way to juggle more— productively🤔

I vote for doing less, cutting the bull out and focusing on actions that nurture us and our goals.

Easier said, but can be done!✍️
