Well, I almost missed it. I didn’t even know there was such a thing up until a few years ago anyway happy daughters Day to the best daughter I could ever have. She is kind, compassionate, helpful, smart, and beautiful all rolled into one package.

I’m headed to church this morning super excited about it. Since I’ve moved to South Dakota, I haven’t been able to find a home Church, but I’ve visited many. I don’t want to go to church just for the sake of going to church you know? I want to go where I can grow and serve others. Being from Dallas, Texas we are so spoiled of amazing and professional praise and worship, it’s not just about the music being good. I feel in touch with God through the Holy Spirit as I praise Jesus to music and I have yet to find that here. I believe I’m just in a different season right now, but will continue seeking.

I was praying and journaling Friday am and felt the Holy spirit say “come to church.” I am missing the connection, and community of a church family. I have been attending/serving/volunteering and in leadership for over 30 years. It’s what I love. I will continue to pray and seek what he has for me.
