🆘 URGENT: Help Save Chaim Bediner’s Bungalow Colony from Real Estate Fraud

Now, Chaim (Dimitri) Bediner — a Ukrainian-Jewish refugee, stroke survivor, and elderly bungalow property owner — is fighting a legal war to protect the bungalow colony he has maintained and cared for over 25 years in Sullivan County, NY.

In 2023, while recovering from a stroke, COVID-19, and being evaluated for brain surgery, Chaim was misled into signing a predatory mortgage — structured to cause default. That agreement is now being used by a shell company, Dacha Luxe LLC, to attempt to seize his entire property through legal manipulation.

Despite repeated requests, the true owners of Dacha Luxe have never been disclosed. Court records and affidavits suggest Hershy Indig may be involved behind the scenes.

⚠️ Chaim is still in recovery — using a wheelchair, struggling with speech and memory. And now he is fighting in court to defend the only thing he has left.
