🔊 ECHOES FROM THE CATALOG //

We are diving deep back into our archives to pull out another tribal, hypnotic gem of the Padang Records sound!

Today’s echo zeroes in on the mystical, organic energy of Jungle Haze and his captivating EP “Sacred Ritual”!
A deep dive into primal rhythms and hypnotic atmospheres, “Sacred Ritual” bridges the gap between ancient ritualistic vibes and sharp, modern dark progressive production. Jungle Haze crafts a dense sonic journey, weaving driving basslines with earthy textures, mysterious synth layers, and intricate psychedelic grooves that command the dancefloor.

From its heavy, grounded pace to its immersive, ritualistic storytelling, this release captures the essence of our deep, forest-infused frequencies.

Whether this EP guided your late-night trance journeys or you’re tapping into these ritualistic waves for the very first time, it remains an essential chapter of our catalog.

//

no rules
no borders
beyond fences

a fence is a small god.

it stands in the dirt.
and tells the body where to stop.

wood, wire, law, fear, habit.
all of them speaking the same language

stay here.
move straight.
do not cross.

but something crawls under
something cuts through
something keeps walking after the map ends

beyond fences comes from that place

from the animal eye in the dark
from the hand on rusted metal
from the pulse that does not ask for a road

there is dust in the groove
pressure in the chest
a broken gate swinging somewhere behind the sound

no rules
no borders

only the step forward

only the body remembering
that open ground was never given

it was taken

Ten years beneath the same flag.

From 2016 to 2026, NOCTUSENSE has been part of the Padang Records story — not only as an artist, but as one of the minds that helped shape an important chapter of our sound.

As compiler and curator of Haunted Spectre, our most acclaimed Dark Progressive compilation series, Ronaldo played a fundamental role in pushing Padang into new territory. Through its releases and continuity, Haunted Spectre became more than a series — it helped define an era of the label and the darker path we chose to explore.

From Brazil’s Northeast, Noctusense has also remained one of the few pirates carrying the Padang flag across the region, extending this story far beyond our usual waters.

Ten years of music, friendship, discovery and shared vision.

Some journeys deserve no monument.
They deserve to be played loud.
