Who am I?
I am a violinist, performer, music director, music teacher, and freelancer. I juggle multiple roles every day. For a long time, I believed that 3–4 hours of sleep was enough. I thought skipping meals was fine as long as I stayed within my daily calorie limit. I tried various diet plans, gym routines, and slimming centers. While I saw some changes, they were never sustainable.
And what did I get in return? Continuous weight gain, fatigue, and mood swings. The unhealthy me affected me physically and mentally—leading to anxiety disorders and eventually thyroid problems. Nothing seemed to improve my life.
The turning point came when I was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder. To make it worse, the specialist warned it could lead to cancer. That was my wake-up call. I decided to take charge of my health and make a change.
I joined a program that transformed my life. I found a supportive and positive community that motivated me. Slowly but surely, things started to fall into place. Despite dealing with hormonal issues, I successfully lost 22kg.
This transformation inspired me to take it further. I educated myself on nutrition, health, and fitness so I could help others make similar positive changes in their lives.
Today, I am a wellness coach, and I am on a mission: to help people become healthier and stronger—not just for themselves but for their loved ones too.
