𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲

The second day of School Press Conference 2026, carrying the theme, "The Write Track: Campus Journalism Workshop," was successfully held on August 1, 2026, at the JICA Conference Hall.

The event concluded with the much-anticipated awarding ceremony, where winners across the different journalism categories were recognized for their exceptional performances. Cheers and applause filled the venue as participants celebrated the achievements of these young campus journalists.

As the two-day conference came to a close, participants left with enhanced journalistic skills, valuable experiences, and renewed inspiration to pursue excellence in campus journalism.

The ANHS community gathered in prayer and thanksgiving during the Holy Spirit Mass and Blessing of the Ynares I, II, and III Buildings, July 31.

The celebration was solemnly presided over by Rev. Fr. Vhon Rudolf C. Villacarlos, Parochial Vicar of Sto. Niño de Praga Parish, Cogeo Village, Antipolo City- who reminded everyone that our school is not only a place of learning but also a community rooted in faith, hope, and service.

May this blessing inspire all learners, teachers, and personnel to continue nurturing a safe, peaceful, and values-centered environment where knowledge and character flourish together.

Under the proactive leadership of Mayor Casimiro A. Ynares III, MD, the City Government of Antipolo, through the CSWDO Women Development Section, is empowering and safeguarding the city's youth by conducting the Public School Caravan: IEC Campaign on Anti-Trafficking, Anti-OSAEC, and Anti-CSAEM last July 31, 2026, held at Antipolo National High School.

This initiative highlighted Mayor Ynares’ dedicated effort to educate students on crucial legal protections (R.A. 9208 and R.A. 11930), emerging online threats like AI-powered risks, and community-based support systems by bringing together key experts from the Office of the City Prosecutor, PLDT/Smart, and the International Justice Mission (IJM) Philippines to ensure a safer digital and physical environment for every Antipoleño.

The first day of the School Press Conference 2026 was successfully held on July 25, 2026, at the JICA Conference Hall, carrying the theme, "The Write Track: Campus Journalism Workshop."

Student journalists participated in insightful learning sessions led by esteemed speakers, gaining valuable knowledge and practical skills in campus journalism. The day also featured interactive workshop sessions where participants showcased their talents in writing, layouting, editorial cartooning, and radio broadcasting.

As Day 1 comes to a close, participants leave with sharpened skills, fresh perspectives, and greater enthusiasm as they continue their journey toward journalistic excellence. See you on Day 2! ✍️🎙️
