ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ।
ਹੇਠਾਂ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀਆਂ ਉਪਾਅ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ:
1. ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ 8 ਵਜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਲਾਈਟਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
2. ਰਾਤ 8 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੇਜ਼ ਕਰੋ।
3. ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਰਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੋ।
4. ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਖਤਰੇ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਸਾਇਰਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਮ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਲੈਕਆਊਟ ਉਪਾਅ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
5. ਅਫਵਾਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

Situation is peaceful in Barnala district. Following precautionary measures should be practiced:
1. Appeal to public to switch off the lights voluntarily at 8 pm.
2. Avoid moving out of your homes after 8 pm.
3. Stay calm and be alert for any direction from District Administration.
4. In case of any threat, administration will inform the general public through Siren and public is requested to enforce blackout measures immediately.
5. Do not believe in rumours. Appeal to public to maintain calm and confirm information only through official sources.
