We freeze dried 88 eggs. Our girls have been really good to us and we have more eggs than we can use or get rid of. So we’re going to preserve them and we will never run out of eggs.

This eight pack off Amazon is the cheapest I have found them. And they worked great. I’m amazed at how many flies there are and it’s only mid April. https://amzn.to/42HtcCp

Happy New Year!

Please do not get chickens just because you think you will be getting free eggs! Chickens are not a trend. They are a lifestyle. It’s a lot of work to keep them healthy and as clean as possible.

Good Morning! I have been working on a little project around everything else I have going on and created a little eBook about Fall Gardening in Zone 8B. I just put together a little guide of information I have learned and used over the years and at present. Gardening is an ever-learning life experience and there's no one right or wrong way! It is only available for Kindle right now as I am waiting on the proof before I allow it to be a paperback copy. I would love and appreciate it if you could/would check it out.

I thought I would take a minute to give a little tour of my garden expansion since we were able to purchase the small piece of property next to our house almost 2 years ago. It’s taken a lot of planning and saving, using what we have and only purchasing things we absolutely need.

Always harden off your seedlings before you transplant to your garden.
