Working with others allows you to tap into a diverse pool of ideas, skills, and perspectives that can elevate your work to new heights.

Collaborations open up opportunities for learning, growth, and innovation that may not have been possible on your own.

By partnering with fellow creatives, you can combine your strengths to produce work that is greater than the sum of its parts.

However, with as much time and effort you put into them, you need to ensure that you're being rewarded for it FINANCIALLY.

It's time to think outside the box.

"Don't compare your chapter 1 to someone's chapter 30."

I'm not quite sure the first time that I heard that quote, but it resonated so much with me. Social media is full of the highlights whilst Linkedin oppresses you with people who are "so excited to share" one good news or the other.

The truth is that development takes time. You have no idea the graft that people are putting in behind the scenes. So instead of trying to compare yourself with others, instead focus on how to move yourself closer to your yardsticks this week.

You're not alone in this at all. Focus on being 1% better every single day and you WILL see the results you're so desperately desiring.

When we set out to achieve our goals, it's easy to get lost in the end result and forget that the it's the daily efforts that are going to get us there.

This is why breaking down our aspirations into small, achievable steps is crucial.

It not only makes the process less daunting but also allows us to celebrate small wins along the way. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your dreams come true overnight.

So keep taking those small steps, stay committed to the daily grind, and most importantly, believe in yourself and your abilities.
