_HON ABLA DZIFA GOMASHIE HANDS OVER THE REFURBISHED ANSARU ISLAMIC BASIC SCHOOL TO THE COMMUNITY._

Honorable Abla Dzifa Gomashie, the member of parliament for Ketu south, last Thursday handed over the newly refurbished Ansaru Islamic school to the community.

The School, which is the oldest Islamic basic school in the volta region and was once in a state of disrepair, has undergone a complete renovation thanks to the efforts of the honorable member of parliament.

In her speech, Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie promised to give great attention to the JHS as soon as funds are available.

She also used the occasion to donate 25 bags of rice, 5 cartons of cooking oil, 20 locally made mats 36 Blankets, 10 cartons of ice cream and 20 cartons of Biscuits to the Muslim community in support of the upcoming Ramadan celebrations.

This gesture of goodwill and solidarity is a manifestation of her dedication to fostering unity and harmony among the diverse residents of the Constituncy

Reprentatives of the Municipal Directorate of Education applauded the MP for all the efforts she is making in the municipality, that is, renovating the dilapidated Klikor Library and the collaboration with Pencils of Promise (NGO) to provide a two unit classroom block for the kindergarten at Yame Community School.

The moslem Community presented a citation to Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie to express their appreciation to her for the wonderful relationship she has with them and her support for the moslem community during ramadan since she became the member of parliament.
