Customer called and said they had a leak… I showed up to the outdoor kitchen faucet looking like this. The plumbing was all busted underneath the sink. I had to cut out the bad stuff and cap it until I could get a new faucet.

When I installed the new faucet; I even installed shut-off valves for the customer so they could prevent leaks in the future.

When a customer asks you to cut a hole through the outside of their $100k trailer; you do so very carefully.

We installed a SmartPlug Ethernet port to run internet or Starlink from the outside to inside the RV.

I’ll never forget sitting in 9th grade English, watching the events of 9/11 unfold.
That day changed my life and ultimately led to 21 years of service to this country. 🇺🇸

One memory that stands out most is standing with Kendra on the 5th anniversary,
overlooking New York Harbor as the Tribute in Light reached into the sky.

It was humbling, powerful, and something I’ll carry with me forever.

When you show up to a RV inspection for a 25 year old RV and say this doesn’t look horrible but then you see the roof and think; no freaking way.

This is why it is important to get a Pre-Purchase RV Inspection because we find things that won’t ever be listed on the online listing.

Not only do we do repairs; we also do upgrades. Customer wanted an onboard vac system with an inlet port inside and one outside. So we custom built a system to give them the two access ports they wanted.

Spent the day rebuilding an inverted Schwintek Slide. They are notorious for failure and is why they were only manufactured for a few years before an open warranty was issued one them. But in this case it was installed incorrectly by the manufacturer which led to its failure.

Retrofit… no job is too much for us. We took a 2003 Living Quarters that had an A/C just as old that stopped working. Customer wanted the best of the best so we installed the Chill Cube. That is a full 18k of mini split cooling power.

With the hottest days of the year here; we have been on the roofs all week working on A/Cs. Many replacements but thankfully the last one of the day was a couple capacitors. We already have a few more A/C jobs on the books for next week but we have plenty of opening. So if you need something done; reach out to us.

Got an emergency call out for a customer that was stuck at a with their levelers and slides out. When I showed up; hydraulic fluid was all over the ground. This leveler was definitely leaking profusely. One call to and they approved a warranty repair on the spot and we were able to get to customer down the road. was kind enough to allow them to stay until we got them fixed.

A/C Maintenance; when we talk about the importance of A/C Maintenance we are actually being serious. RV A/C units are not made as high quality as systems for your homes but as RVers we expect them to perform to the same standard. Take a look at this unit we are replacing. It is from 1999 and has seen some better days. It is severely rusted, the coils are damaged, it is called full of dirt, and the capacitor housing is covered almost completely in dirt dauber nests.

If you are full-time; you should have your A/Cs serviced 2-3 times per year depending on where you are located. If you are part-timing; you should haven’t them serviced at least at the beginning of the season before you start using them.
