We are operating 8am-5pm Monday & Tuesday.
We are closed Wednesday & Thursday.
We are taking Emergency Calls Only Nov 28th-30th.
We are closed Dec 1st-4th for Training in Houston.
We resume normal hours Dec 5th.

If something is preventing you from traveling safely or staying warm, call or text ASAP so we can fit you into the schedule around our projects.

Common emergency calls this time of year include:

✅ Steps not retracting

Availability is limited because this is the short window when we need to tackle the upcoming projects and necessary training to keep up to date on the latest in the RV Industry. During this time we typically return calls later in the day.

With the weather turning cold… furnace calls are coming in. The worst are when you have to tear apart the basement storage just to get to it. This is why I wish ALL RVs had an outside access door.

Fall might be here, but North Texas hasn’t cooled off yet—we’re still pushing into the 90s! That means A/C repairs are still rolling. Today we swapped out a failed fan motor and got this customer back to cool comfort. ❄️

🚨 Skipping winterization = costly mistakes 🚨

This RV came in with leaks everywhere — shower valves, water heater drain, fittings, and even the water manifold (the priciest part of all). All because it wasn’t winterized before the freeze. ❄️💸

Customer called and said they had a leak… I showed up to the outdoor kitchen faucet looking like this. The plumbing was all busted underneath the sink. I had to cut out the bad stuff and cap it until I could get a new faucet.

When I installed the new faucet; I even installed shut-off valves for the customer so they could prevent leaks in the future.

When a customer asks you to cut a hole through the outside of their $100k trailer; you do so very carefully.

We installed a SmartPlug Ethernet port to run internet or Starlink from the outside to inside the RV.

I’ll never forget sitting in 9th grade English, watching the events of 9/11 unfold.
That day changed my life and ultimately led to 21 years of service to this country. 🇺🇸

One memory that stands out most is standing with Kendra on the 5th anniversary,
overlooking New York Harbor as the Tribute in Light reached into the sky.

It was humbling, powerful, and something I’ll carry with me forever.

As a nation, we must never forget how that day made us feel—
and how, even in tragedy, it brought us together.

When you show up to a RV inspection for a 25 year old RV and say this doesn’t look horrible but then you see the roof and think; no freaking way.

This is why it is important to get a Pre-Purchase RV Inspection because we find things that won’t ever be listed on the online listing.

Not only do we do repairs; we also do upgrades. Customer wanted an onboard vac system with an inlet port inside and one outside. So we custom built a system to give them the two access ports they wanted.
