Five years ago today we lost you Dad 💔. The hardest day of our lives. Life moves forward but is never the same. Grateful for you and your love every single day. Loved and missed beyond measure.
Happy Anniversary to you and Mom.💞

With deep gratitude, we would like to thank the Powell River Regals for an outstanding night honoring my Dad Denny and Cliff Milne last night. We were all treated as VIP guests for the evening and know Denny and Cliff would feel proud. It was really nice to see the huge crowd and see the club alive and well. It takes a lot of people to run a team and these special tournaments. Well done to everyone involved. Go green and gold! We look forward to watching the Regals play for many years to come. 💛💚

Thursday evening is a very special night for me and my family. My Dad (along with his friend Cliff Milne) is being honoured by the Powell River Regals with a permanent banner being raised in the Arena. We will be out on the ice for this special ceremony before the game and it is accompanied by a small sideshow and narrative about my Dad. After the game, we will be at the Carlson Club to celebrate. Both the ceremony and the Carlson celebration are open to the public. We didn't get to have a large community goodbye for my Dad as he passed during Covid, so we hope that members of our wider community and friends will come out on Thursday for this special event. Hope to see you there! These two men deserve to have the stands of Hap Parker Arena full!! 💖

On March 28/24 the Powell River Regals are playing one of their games in the Coy Cup provincial championship. Prior to the game the Regals are having a ceremony to honour my Dad and Cliff Milne. Both of these men were lifetime Regals supporters and more than that they were team members. So on March 28/24 come to the Hap Parker Arena to cheer on the Powell River Regals and take part in the tribute to my Dad and Cliff. Green and Gold forever

We had our first Dyer/Rumley Family Reunion since Dad passed. At the previous reunions Dad would always host a Washer Tournament for fun. So this year and going forward we will have the Dennis Dyer Memorial Washer Tournament at our reunions. We had a trophy made and winners will have their names added. This year we had 18 teams (36 players)! The champions were Keith & Jacob!
Dad would be proud of us for keeping his tradition going, he always loved some friendly competition! ❤️
