Ang pagpapakatotoo ay hindi masama. Sa katunayan, ito ay isang magandang katangian. Ang pagpapakatotoo ay nangangahulugan ng pagiging tapat sa sarili, sa mga salita, at sa mga gawa.

Ang mga benepisyo ng pagpapakatotoo ay:

1. *Pagtaas ng tiwala sa sarili*: Kapag ikaw ay nagpapakatotoo, mas nagiging kumpiyansa ka sa iyong mga desisyon at kilos.
2. *Pagbuo ng malusog na relasyon*: Ang pagpapakatotoo ay nakakatulong sa pagbuo ng mga relasyon na batay sa tiwala at respeto.
3. *Pagiging authentiko*: Ang pagpapakatotoo ay nangangahulugan ng pagiging authentiko at hindi nagpapanggap bilang ibang tao.

Gayunpaman, may mga sitwasyon kung saan ang pagpapakatotoo ay maaaring maging mahirap o hindi praktikal. Halimbawa:

1. *Sa mga sitwasyon ng diplomasiya*: Minsan, ang pagpapakatotoo ay maaaring maging mahirap sa mga sitwasyon ng diplomasiya o negosasyon.
2. *Sa mga sitwasyon ng pagiging sensitibo*: May mga sitwasyon kung saan ang pagpapakatotoo ay maaaring maging masakit o hindi sensitibo sa ibang tao.

Ito'y matapos i-post ng isang fan sa Threads ang kanyang karanasan nang personal na makita si DJ Koo rito nang minsan dumalaw siya kasama ang iba pang tagahanga ni Barbie sa puntod ng kanilang idolo.

Ayon sa nasabing fan, hindi iniinda ni DJ Koo ang matinding sikat ng araw nang makita nila itong nakaupo sa harapan ng puntod ni Barbie.

Dalawang araw na palang tinalo ng Sang’gre sa ratings ang katapat nitong FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.

Madalas ay sa single channel lang lumalamang ang Sang’gre, pero pagdating sa aggregated ratings ay mas mataas ang teleserye ni Coco Martin.

Bukod sa GMA-7 ay sa GTV lang napapanood ang Sang’gre.

Ang Batang Quiapo ay napapanood naman sa TV5, Kapamilya Channel, at A2Z.

Marami na ring viewers ang A2Z at Kapamilya Channel kaya kapag naiipon ay nauungusan ng Batang Quiapo ang Sang'gre.

Pero noong Biyernes, July 25, 2025, ay lumamang na ang Sang’gre hindi lang sa single channel, pati na sa aggregated ratings.

Ang Sang’gre ay naka-12.3%, at ang Batang Quiapo ay 11.3%.

Nitong Lunes, July 28, mas mataas ang Sang’gre na naka-12.9%, at ang Batang Quiapo naman ay 11.7%.

Abangan natin kung magtutuluy-tuloy ito at kung ano ang gagawing pasabog ng Batang Quiapo para mabawi ang mataas na ratings.

Natapos na ng Sang'gre ang buong season nito, ay ang huling tsika sa amin ay wala na raw extension.

Nagbabalik-acting sa pelikula ang aktres na si Angelica Panganiban sa pamamagitan ng Unmarry ng Quantum Films at Cineko Productions.

Bukod kay Angelica, nagbabalik din sa pelikula ang co-star niyang si Solenn Heussaff.

Kasama rin sa cast ng Unmarry sina Zanjoe Marudo at Tom Rodriguez; sa ilalim ng direksiyon ni Jeffrey Jeturian.

Huli naming napanood si Solenn sa special participation niya sa Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre, at si Angelica naman ay sa stageplay na Don’t Meow For Me, Catriona sa nakaraang Virgin Labfest.
