SUCCESS IN ONE DAY

These are some of the things that will improve your day in every way.

In the morning, as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach, drink as much plain water as you can.
-I drink 0.5 liters because that is enough for me - Drink as much as suits you (everyone is different; some can drink 1 liter, some 2 liters...).

Later in the day, just stay hydrated with plain or sparkling water.
-I personally only use sparkling.

Catch some sunlight for at least 1 hour in the morning - it will mean a lot for the rest of your day because it literally recharges your energy.
-I personally do this around 7 AM when the sun is soft, nice, and pleasant while I drink coffee, sparkling water, and smoke ci******es.

Then, workout – it doesn't have to be an athletic workout. Let it be push-ups, squats, and crunches.
-I personally prefer a lighter workout, around 50 push-ups and 50 squats, to stay focused on work, and later in the day, I catch up with more push-ups and squats, sometimes reaching up to 300.

Advice on food - do not eat in the morning for at least 4-5 hours.
-I didn't eat from the morning, so I was relatively hungry for 4-5 hours after waking up, and then I eat. This allows me to be totally focused on any task and then reward myself with food!
Of course only clean whole food!

Work, work, work, what else will you do? Ma******te, watch a movie, rest? ... Come on, don't fool yourself.
-I spend the whole day in some kind of work: helping students, communication, normal job, or whatever is needed, but in 90% of cases, I am working. The rest are life's necessities like sleeping, showering, talking to family.

Pray to God in the morning and evening - don't forget!

>It means that while you're still pondering, daaamn this, daaamn that... I finished the job, bum, done, next.

>And so it goes for everything in life.

>Connect this and try to find where you've overthought too much and if it was ever a good solution, I guarantee it wasn't.

>Less thinking and more doing would surely be better (of course, except for matters of life and death where you need to sit and think for 24 hours, for example).

Don’t forget to pray and give thanks to God every day.

Nothing makes sense without God.

How?

Just sit and think about this for at least 15 minutes.

It’s simply not possible that you just die and that’s it. There has to be life after that.

This life here is where you show who you are so that you can continue to another life - Hell - or Heaven.

Be honest, be good, pray, and give thanks to God.

**WIN IN THIS WORLD - WITH YOUR MIND**

The only thing in this world that you can control is your state of mind.

You can't control the weather, you can't control other people, you can't even control your own health... You could have a brain hemorrhage, or get hit by a bus.

The only thing in life that you can generally have full control over is your state of mind.

You decide if you are a disciplined person, you decide if you will be happy, you decide if you are a depressed person.

These are things that you can influence in real-time with your mind.

It's the only thing you can full control in the world.

If you can't control that, you are just a feather in the wind, and life is going to blow you around. You may land somewhere good...or you may land in dog s**t, nobody knows...

If you can't wake up tomorrow and say, "I'm making money today!" and truly try your very best and stay dedicated to that task, if you can't do that, you are fu**ed.
