MahaShivaRatri Blessings!
"O excellent gods, then from the column of light arose the thundering primordial sound AUM. It was a lucid, distinct, long, and lingering sound." ~ Linga Purana Yogic Text
The Great Night of Shiva is here! ✨🔱✨
Some of the most famous stories of Shiva are about to be told during this powerful dark moon of the year, called MahaShivaRatri - the “great night of Shiva” on March 8th.
One of the most celebrated festivals of the year, practitioners of yoga gather all over the world to practice, meditate and chant mantras through the night. Purify your mind and awaken the practices from the deepest place inside. It is said that practicing through this night bestows the Vision of Infinity ♾♾♾
This is the great night of the alchemical marriage of Shiva and Shakti as well as the legendary enactment of Shiva dancing the Rudra Tandava - the fierce dance. It is the epic moment when Lord Shiva drinks the poison from the churning of the ocean and transforms it into nectar through the power of mantra.

Ta***ic Codes:
Shiva means ‘auspicious’ and ‘good.’ Shiva is the Ultimate Reality and described as the steady ground of being, inner quiescence, repose within the pose, stillness in action, and the Awake, Aware and Absolute.
Shakti means ‘power, energy, potency, capacity.’ Shakti is the creative energy that bursts out of the ground of being. Shakti is the wild, dynamic, creative expression of Power and Bliss.
Shiva and Shakti are the dynamic stillness in all things. They are the sacred lovers in the core of every being. Together, they are the Blissful Self-Awareness that permeates All Beings.
Storytime:
The gods Brahma and Vishnu were in a “debate” about who had the greater power when a blazing column of light appeared that seemingly had no beginning and no end. Brahma took flight as a swan to find the highest height and Vishnu took his avatar form as a boar to descend into the depths and find the end. However, there was no highest height, no beginning, no bottom, and no end. Shiva alone was the blazing column of fire and light, known as the svayambhu - the primordial lingam, and the jyotir lingam - the infinite blazing flame.
Meaning in the Myth:
We are infinite beings, cosmic beings, multidimensional through the realms and with the ability to keep waking up on every level of our being. While there is a finite reality in this body, we are limitless in spirit. It’s up to us to expand our minds and travel the cosmic way as we shine our gifts into the world.

Chant the Great Mantra all through the night and know that blessings are amplified 1008 X beyond the beyond!
