HEALING didnt instantly make me softer, it made me ANGRY and nobodyy talks about that part of healing, the part where you finally realize how much bu****it you actually tolerated.

And yeah, it made me angry before anything. Angry at what I accepted. Angry at what I normalized. Angry at the version of me who thought being quiet meant being safe.

BUT, that same anger is what woke me up. It showed me that I needed to fight for myself, it showed me i wasnt healing if i wasn’t at least a little pi**ed off at what i was allowing before.

So if you’re in the part of your healing where you’re pi**ed off, grieving, or trying to make sense of it all, stay there as long as you need to & don’t allow anyone to rush you into forgiveness, you owe it to yourself more than anything. ✨

Haven't done anything on this page in 2 months and that makes me sad forreal cause I was actually vibing with you all, was starting to see bigger fb payouts last check was $67 and no that's not a whole lot but it showed my growth through this page.
