Lalig National High School proudly launched Project ROOTS led by the School Head, Valentina R. Del Mundo together with Grade 10, and 12 advisers, October 24.

Learners from the respective grade were reminded that the journey of planting trees goes hand in hand with the responsibility of nurturing them.

Together, they took a significant step towards fostering a greener future.

GAD 2025: Gender and Development Symposium. A discussion towards a more open community for youth's personal development.

Today at Lalig National Highschool Covered Court, a seminar was held to enlighten selected Grade 9 learners as young individuals to be more open minded about their Gender and Development aspect, October 24.

The program had. started with a prayer from a Science Teacher, Ma'am Melissa Decreto and followed by a Nationalistic Song.

Continuing, an inspirational message was delivered from the Assistant School Principal ll, Valentina R. Del Mundo.

In a society where this topic is usually hidden or "avoided", our guiding adults and teachers are leading a way towards a bright and well s*x educated young adults. Also, the some information, knowledge and lessons for Gender Development were introduced and explained by the Resource Speaker, Nurse Vivien D. Sayat.

Through her words, the learners are gradually building a future where they could LEARN, CHANGE, AND GROW into a future adults of their generation.

𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣 𝙐𝙨

Lalig National High School’s covered court was filled with faith and prayer on October 21, 2025, as a Living Rosary was held to celebrate the Month of the Holy Rosary. The event was led by the Sisters of Saint John the Baptist Parish in Tiaong, Quezon.
All school organizations in LANHS attended the Rosary, along with the school principal, Ma’am Valentina R. Del Mundo, who also emphasized the importance of remembering and celebrating the Month of the Holy Rosary before the Living Rosary began.
Lalig National High School will never be late for occasions like this. Laligians are filled with hope, love, peace, and faith—strengthened by God.

Third Senior High School Culminating Activity, Remained Unstoppable amidst Health Advisory and Weather Update

Lalig National High School’s Covered Court came alive as the Senior High School Learners together with their teachers proudly kicked off its 3rd Culminating Activity with the inspiring theme, “Rise 2025: Radiate Innovation, Strength, and Expression", October 20.

The event marks a meaningful celebration of creativity, growth, and unity among SHS learners —showcasing how they continued to build future-ready and responsible individuals.

The day began on a high note with an energetic Zumba session, followed by captivating Contemporary Dance performances and a powerful Speech Choir presentation. The energy and enthusiasm from the learner-performers had set the perfect tone for the rest of the day’s festivities.

As the program continues, the spotlight shines on the booths organized and managed by Grade 11 and Grade 12 Learners together with ALS Learners, each one reflecting innovation, collaboration, and the diverse talents of the SHS community. From creative exhibits to interactive activities, every corner of the covered court radiates the spirit of “Rise 2025.”

Indeed, this year’s culminating activity is more than just an event—it’s a celebration of how far they have come, and how brightly they are prepared to shine in the future.

Because of the rising cases of coughs, colds, severe respiratory infections, community-acquired pneumonia, and influenza-like illnesses, Executive Order No. DHT-60 has been implemented to prevent further spread of these diseases.

Executive Order No. DHT-60 strictly requires the wearing of face masks in indoor areas such as schools, offices, and homes. It also covers outdoor areas where physical distancing cannot be properly observed.
