PARENTS ARE THE ORIGINAL CHATGPTs ❗️‼️
Sometimes we Parents are the real reason Kaya Hindi nagiging Independent Ang anak natin.
I learned a lesson from this experience.
I saw chats on our parent group chat about PTask to be printed and submitted on Monday. Bree never mentioned about it and it’s already Sunday.
I asked her Bakit wala syang sinasabi na may task sya at kailangan na ipasa sa Monday. She replied very calmly , “Ma okay na po yan nagawa ko na sa school ipagpiprint nalang daw po ako ni Ella”. I asked her if sure sya. She said yes and she trust Ella she is her friend.
Syempre as a parent parang gusto kong icheck gawa niya kung may need ba syang improve or help pero I rest my case and pagkakita ko nang gawa Nia Perfect Score. 50/50.
You can see her PTask. It’s not 100% gramatically correct even punctuations are missing but the teacher gave her Perfect score.
And then I thought … there are teachers who actually look beyond perfection… they value authenticity, truthfulness and honesty of the work. No need na I correct pa ng parents just let the kid do her task alone. This is real independence.
Kudos to her teacher. Salamat po, parents are learning too.
