It’s just short of 9 years since we last stepped foot in The George IV, Chiswick and today we’re excited to announce our return on Wednesday 9th July.
Last September was the milestone of 20 years since the original launch of the Blue Flowers night and it was only natural for us to do a lot of reflecting and the itch to go back has only grown. Since that last show we’ve been focusing on operating as a record label but the essence of those nights has never left us. It’s the bedrock of everything we do. When choosing who we work with, imagining them in that room is the deciding factor. So with the upcoming release of Yoshika Colwell’s debut album ‘On The Wing’ we thought we’d use this moment so celebrate 2 very important moments in time for us and we’d love for you all to be a part of it.
Yoshika will be performing with the band she recorded her record with for the very first time and we will have some special guests.. The foundations of music is about community and we’d love to reconnect with ours in our spiritual home for this special occasion. Tickets are on sale now for £12.50. See you in the room!

‘Walking The Sea Wall’ is the new EP out today from Bristol born, South East London based producer and singer-songwriter, Joseph Futak. The full body of work arrives after the release of singles ‘Day Like Today’ and ‘The Stranger’, which Clash described as being “reminiscent of Serge Gainsbourg”.
The 8 track collection, Futak’s first for Blue Flowers, examines existential themes of love, nostalgia and grief, all delivered with Futak’s striking voice.

Joseph plays an EP release show at The Ivy House in Nunhead on 5th June.
