Starting on a journey to get Healthier and Fitter isn't easy right!

If it was easy we would all be healthy and fit and probably have less health issues! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I started on my fitness journey about 3 and half years ago with the help of some awesome supplements. Now don't get me wrong I knew what I needed to do to lose weight and get fitter, we all do right! 🤷🏻‍♀️

However after spending years yo yo dieting and each time I would give up because I felt deprived and restricted, not to mention the huge hit took on my mental health enough was eventually enough and Heather needed to take her health seriously!

This picture on the left came up on my memories just recently. It was when Saba was first launched in the UK 🇬🇧 and we had an event!

I don't even recognise the girl you see on the left! I was riddled with Chronic Depression, Anxiety, IBS and a number of other health issues. That girl had no confidence, no self worth, or self belief!

To the picture on the right, which was taken last weekend. Six years later I'm the healthier, fittiest I've ever been.

I'm beyond grateful for supplements that have helped me lose weight, get fitter and take control of my Physical and Mental health!

I never want to go back to that first picture.
