Here's a reasonable story to Donnie becoming Genki. After losing Lin, Donnie wasn't really the same again... That's till hearing she was a Zombie and somehow he tracks her with advanced skills/knowledge he learned about mechanics, tech & even science. That's how far he was willing to go to find her & POSSIBLY controlling her against her will (IF she didn't have sense of self). After getting Lin back in anyway, he continues on this crazy path to achieve greater things. He "finds a way to immortality" by fusing his genetics with of cat's. That's for the "7/9 lives" myth, etc.

Here's the context just for fun

Mystique, Morph and who knows who else that is a shapeshifter is giving the Saints problems in Steelport. So they contact some Xmen to deal with it. Sometimes you don't know who is who since there are shapeshifters around. We can trust Cyclops when he agrees to power up laser guns for the crew and to use it himself for whatever reason. Wolverine is kinda old now to use his claws but he can sure do other things. Anything else continues with a logical explanation like these ... 🤷🏻‍♂️😉

Happy Holidays Saints

Been playing Cyberpunk 2077 again as Shaundi. Got back at it for Christmas if you catch my drift.

The following is a mix of things including Shaundi. Did 2 backstories for different time jumps & connected them. First there's my Fun Shaundi story found in the comments link.

Then there's this one where not only I'm saying how Fortune from Agents of Mayhem relates to Shaundi somewhat; but ALSO how Future Shaundi comes to be. Or at least pieces of it..

Ok, pay close attention to ALL for any conclusions of your own.

At Marshall's, Shaundi did big accomplishments / or they did with her ... They used Shaundi to travel in time to do missions saving the world in the future. This is how she gets this new identity/background as Fortune for the future-affiliated Agents of Mayhem. Fortune is the mid evolution of Shaundi between her fun persona & overly serious one. She works for the agency for mysterious/unclear reasons or a lack of details for "good reasons?"... It's deep, don't worry, you can stop to think ...

To Josh Birk they could have promised a shortcut to stardom & to be face of the agency etc. He only needed to accept a different background as Hollywood, too. Reasons may also vary ... This can be how he builds this "connection" to Shaundi (meaning "feelings") he talks about in SR3 with her. Though it can be an instinct-feeling from Birk since his memories & Shaundi's could have been erased from this duty/test/experience.

Well, at the end Shaundi acts like a know-it-all in SR3. So who knows if she really got her memory erased or if she's acting on instinct as well. Future Shaundi from SR4 could have known time travel because of this reason to this previous experience. Sorry if confusing, but it can take time to understand it...

Less important but necessary to address:

To Kingpin/Pierce the agencies granted his deepest desires as like to Birk's. In exchange of something of course ...

If Kinzie was smart enough to handle the Zin invasion, she can handle a fair deal with these high-power people. Probably a deal that involves a shirtless Oleg of ice skin?

Cop G*t is a clone or he really made peace with God to start a new life in the future after GooH etcetera.

Another interesting idea to play the reboot:

The Saints had to make some type of deal with the government to supervise/train Johnny Tag. He gets sent to Marshall and somehow gets updated, way smarter or this is a different clone from last time. This one gets fed up of getting ordered around heavily. Not being reconsidered for his huge progress in his behavior etc.

His new trio of friends in Santo Ileso only show how innocent he still is & his big heart. Not to be mistaken, he's a monster to many in more than one way. With or without Boss's consent he forms this new crew to then learn he needed Boss at the very end ... Still worth the experience Tag might think when smiling to sunset at the end with his 3 new friends. This is after Boss takes care of his Nahualli problem in that rooftop.

Throughout the story we can have other Saints from past games, play a role in Tag's old memory of what G*t was. As if these people are still there fighting along side him. People like Aisha, SR2 Shaundi, Carlos and maybe more. SR3/4 Boss, Pierce & Shaundi can appear for real. Last but not least, we can have his original creator Jimmy Torbitson make appearances in areas like larpping. Probably watching over the big guy from a far with minimum help or something...
