We're officially full, and lots of great events and performers - what's more, every show and event (while supplies last, of course) will get you a free raffle ticket, and at noon on Aug 15th, we'll have our closing ceremonies and draw for a winner! Here's the 2025 schedule for the EAP Society Summer Festival (see picture)! This is our first year, so bear with us as we get our bearings, but we're looking forward to seeing everyone and sharing in some 80s/90s-style Elvis Tribute Week goodness!

We'll have Q&As with guests with first-hand Elvis stories, Musical Bingo with Elvis and Memphis prizes, and performers of all ages! Best of all, part of the proceeds go to help the EAP Society build what we need to search for rare and unheard/unseen Elvis media (tapes/reels/pictures/etc). We just found new 8mm footage this week (yes, this week), and we want to be able to expand these efforts - so helping to make this a success can literally save Elvis history!

What's even better, we'll have prizes to draw at the end of the week including a main prize package worth over $200, with 50 chances to enter! For each event/show attended, you'll be entered into the drawing. Must be present to win, so you won't want to miss the closing meetup at 1pm on August 15th, where we'll be making some Elvis history preservation announcements, too!

So join us at the Travelodge on Brooks Rd. in Memphis, alongside the longest-running Elvis Fan / Collector Show: The Elvis Fan & Collector Memphis Show (aptly named, it's been running since 1978!)

We're going to have an Elvis Fan Weekend like they had back in the 80s and 90s - fun, fans, and fantastic music! You do NOT want to miss this weekend - a great weekend at a great price, and you'll help the Elvis Archival Preservation Society, too!

WHAT YOU'LL SEE AT THE SPRING FESTIVAL:
-Real stage pieces used by Elvis Presley in the 1950s and the 1970s
-Real personal items owned by Elvis Presley and Lisa Marie Presley!
-Real props and costumes from Baz Luhrmann's movie "Elvis" (and possibly a huge piece from the Michael St. Gerard "Elvis" TV series from 1990)
-Rare footage of Elvis Presley in IOWA!
-5+ performances by world-class performers - weekend pass equals around $30 per show, an amazing price - and that's if you count everything else you'll get to see as a free bonus!

IT'S OFFICIAL: WE'RE BRINGING BACK THE SPIRIT OF VINTAGE ELVIS WEEK, AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We're coming back to Memphis in August, and we want to mix all the things about vintage Elvis Week and bring it back - and performers are an important part of that!

So ETAs and performers of Elvis music who are interested, get in touch ASAP - it's going to be a great opportunity for performers to do well *and* gain new fans, AND help us preserve Elvis history in more ways than one!
