On Friday, October 24th, we come together to celebrate the life of Justin (Vincent) Mothersele in a way that reflects who he was—a lifelong musician and artist.

Two of Justin’s favorite bands, Hand Of The Tribe and INVERTER, will take the stage to honor his legacy with the power of music that meant everything to him.

The night will open with something truly special: Justin’s own band, minus, reuniting for their first show in 23 years to perform in his honor. A testament to the brotherhood and family-like bonds that music creates between artists.

Justin is deeply missed, and this night is about giving him the sendoff he deserves. Please join us on October 24th as we celebrate his life and his music.

We here at Salt of the Earth Records are devastated by the passing of our friend, artist, and inspirational musician, Jack Falkenbach of Philadelphia’s Thunderbird Divine.

Jack was more than a brilliant artist—he was a vibrant soul who brought passion, creativity, and heart to everything he did. His music was thunderous, mind-expanding, and unforgettable—just like the man himself.
Sending love and hopes for peace to Jack’s family, friends, and band mates: Erik, Mike, and Joshua.
The underground lost one of its true champions.
We’ll miss you deeply, Jack. Your spirit will echo forever in the music.

Eric is from Mansfield, brother of Mike Wein from Mass band, Bloodline Theory. He was last seen in the early weeks of April 2025 in Boston Massachusetts. His car was found on April 10th 2025 in South Kingstown RhodeIsland, off Ocean Avenue, parked in front of a driveway. His family and friends have not seen or heard from him, his work has not seen or heard from him either. His cell phone is off. He has brown eyes. He has light brown hair that is currently longer like the first photo in the missing poster, his hair color gets lighter and his beard turns red like the second photo in the missing poster. He is 31 and has a pirate ship tattoo on his left shoulder.
