Update on day 15 of the water truck being at Blingles and day 17 or 18 since the storm, Dottie and I served again at Blingles, mom more in the morning, then I worked for a bit in the afternoon, mainly at the water station that is our favorite outpost. I worked at the Y again in the morning at the shower table getting people showers. After I was done I headed over to Blingles to serve and worked until about 6, working with the National Guard and Army, some of the Army guys knew the software I support with my company. We filled so many containers today we went through about 7000 gallons of water.

Update on the past few days: I have gone back to work at my full time job during the week and have been working at the Y helping out giving out showers in the morning, then back at Blingles with Dottie in the afternoon helping with water still and appreciating the help from the national guard and Army. I got to fill the big tank at Blingles again today.

Update on today, Dottie served at Blingles again until around 3 and got a hot shower from the camper today, Jeff and I got Starlink set up at his shop in Black Mountain thanks to my Uncle Murph. Once we got Starlink setup I was able to go back to my full time job and work a full day, here are some pictures, my set up evolved a bit throughout the day.

Update from today: Today I worked at the Y again and got to meet one of the coolest dogs I've ever seen who was our guard dog for a bit his name was Chief Wahu and he is a NAID (Native American Indian Dog) from Corn Moon. Dottie served again at Blingles and received many donations at the hub, Jeff lost his mother and my last living grandparent today sadly and he also worked on shutting off water mains for the inevitable return of water to the area. Update on today, today was a chill day for me, I took the day off and slept in and then went to the Reuter Y to get a shower and get connected and get my phone charged fully. Then I came home and found out my last living grandparent doesn't have much time left so I FaceTimed with her for probably the last time. Then I went to see the Camp I know and love, Camp Rockmont to see what it looked like and it's not as bad as I had heard but it is pretty bad, here are some pictures, then we watched a tree being cut down around the street, I have some pics from that too.

Update from today, I served a bit this morning and some more this afternoon back at Blingles but I also went in to work to help out at Reuter Y and do some work there, I was able to bring back some supplies from the Y to Blingles. I also got to take a shower while I was at the Y!! When I got back to Ingles I served there for a bit still at the water station and even got to fill the big water container

Update on day 4 of serving and helping out the community, Dottie has taken over as one of the chief coordinators down at the Blingles distribution, I have continued to be chief director and trainer at the water filling station. We are doing well and serving as much as we can, apparently the president was here but couldn't land at the Ingles because there wasn't enough room, but that's just what I heard. Appreciate all the support from all over the place
