May-hem is officially here for us small business owners! 🤪 Between school wrapping up, summer plans, and keeping our businesses afloat, it feels like juggling a million balls.

Author Nora Roberts had it right: some balls are plastic, some are glass. Drop plastic, it bounces. Drop glass, it shatters. It’s not about choosing kids OR work, but recognizing what’s truly glass in each area. Sometimes, catching a work glass ball means letting a family plastic one bounce – and that is absolutely okay!
