Bels and I were gifted a rare and special treat at the TAIAO by the very talented chefs Karena and Kasey Bird. What an experience! This Niuean's taste buds went from 0-100. I loved the meals so much that my island stomach wanted 5 more plates of #2, #3, and #4. The non-alcoholic drinks paired with the meals was next level. Thank you so much, Michaela Te Awa Bird.
