In the world of compromise, people can call us rude, arrogant, or even heartless monsters. Yes, I'll take that as a compliment. It's because we take our job seriously. We don't compromise and lower our standards. We remain professional, where high quality and standards are not just empty words and social media pictures โ it's our name.
When you say "quality," it's us. It's our products and services. It's our name. It's our spotlight. HINDI PWEDE ANG PWEDE NA (Not good enough is not an option).
Stop blaming the entire company for one person's mistake. We ensure our staff are accountable for their actions and responsibilities. Ang kasalanan ng isa, hindi kasalanan ng lahat (One person's mistake is not everyone else's). No company teaches its employees to do wrong.
We don't tolerate drama or a victim mentality โ not from our people, partners, or suppliers. We value our customers as much as we value our people.
What's toxic culture? Is it not reprimanding an employee for doing something wrong, for fear of hurting their mental health? If you do your job right, you won't be reprimanded.
People act so privileged that they've forgotten that work is work. It's time for us to bring back professionalism in the workplace.
