🎀 Rhodes Rolls Butterscotch Bubble Loaf 🎀
If you haven’t made this classic, you’re missing out! It’s gooey, caramel-y, and ridiculously easy to throw together. It is perfect to prep Saturday night and bake Sunday morning. I switched things up and used vanilla pudding this time—it was still delicious, but trust me, butterscotch pudding with a teaspoon of cinnamon is the way to go!
✨ Recipe:
- 24 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls, the standard size, NOT the Texas ones.
- 1 (3.5 oz) box butterscotch cook & serve pudding mix (not instant!), can also sub for vanilla cook & serve
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional but recommended!)
**Instructions:**
1. Grease a Bundt pan and arrange frozen rolls in an even layer.
2. Sprinkle the dry pudding mix over the rolls.
3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the pudding mix.
4. Drizzle melted butter over everything.
5. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise overnight (8-10 hours) at room temp.
6. In the morning, preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Enjoy the gooey goodness!
Would you try the vanilla pudding version, or are you team butterscotch all the way? Let me know!
