I needed to make this video to address what is going on in the Middle East with my money and in my name. I have thoughts on all the groups involved - in a sense, I come for everybody. Nobody will be 100% happy with what I have said.

That said, this video was incredibly difficult for me to make. If you want to watch it through to the end, I appreciate that. If not, that's cool too.

🇺🇲 Today we celebrate the making of the promise of America, even as we have not fulfilled it, even as we move backwards, because as long as we maintain the promise, we still have the possibility of keeping it, for all of us. 🇺🇸

The best memorial day we can give our soldiers is the fulfilled promise of no more wars and a world class, free healthcare and end of life care program for them when they come home.

Good morning friends! This week marks the Jewish holiday of Purim is coming so we'll be baking its signature cookie, hamantaschen! Shopping list below, see you Saturday!

- 2c all-purpose flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1c white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2tbsp milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 of your favourite fillings (I recommend chocolate or fruit spreads, but cookie and nut butters, curds, and some pie fillings work great)

Good morning friends! We've been making a lot of Korean dishes at home lately and there's no better bread to complement that than scallion flatbread! So that's what we're making this week. Our shopping list below and see you Saturday!

- 2 cups all-purpose flour (divided)(and more for dusting/kneading)
- ¾ water (between 105-110F)
- ½ cup scallions (chopped)
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- 1 TBSP Dark Sesame oil
- 1 package (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- Vegetable Oil
